Prof. Raymond S. Mosha is currently the Deputy Vice Chancellor
for Academic Affairs (DVCAA) at Mount Meru University, (MMU) Arusha,
Tanzania, and a member of the Arusha City Council.
His area of specialization and expertise is Philosophy, Ethics,
African Philosophy and Culture, Research Methods, and the general
Humanization process. He has taught at several universities in the
USA, Kenya, Finland and Tanzania.
He has profound interest in the area of Education, which for
him means a holistic formation of the human person: spiritually,
intellectually and physically. He believes that education should
inspire and motivate a learner to attain the following foundational
cornerstones: become intellectually engaged, socially responsible,
ethically grounded and globally connected.
Besides serving the people of Lemara Ward in the Arusha City
Council, and as DVCAA at MMU, Prof. Mosha also teaches part-time at
DePaul University Chicago, USA (online); Tumaini University, Makumira,
Arusha; Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology;
and Jamk University in Jyvaskyla, Finland.
He published his first book in 2000, and has written two book
chapters in two books, all published in the USA, in addition to
numerous publications in recognized international journals. He plans
to publish his second book in 2018.
Daniel Urioh has over 12 years of experience in education. He began his educational career as a History, Geograpy and Civics, later Commerce and Currently Economics. He hold Masters of Community Economic Development (MCED) and Bachelor of Education (Economics) all from The Open University of Tanzania. Mr Daniel is a SMART Exemplary Educator, Inspirational & Motivatinal speaker and an unawarded “Tanzanian Best Teacher”.
He is a founder of Elimu Afrika, Elimu Afrika is a non-profit organisation which service within the teaching, learning and career development. Elimu Afrika is the first education media in Tanzania based in Arusha. Elimu Afrika deals with publishing education based news and runs, education programs. He is also a Director in Learning Resources Centre (LRC).
In addition, He is Co-founder of Kituo cha Maadili na Uongozi Bora and an activist who started Youth Leadership Initiative called Visionary Leadership Movement (VLM).
Dr. ELIAMANI ISAYA Laltaika teaches Intellectual Property IP,
Bioethics and Biodiversity Law and Policy at the School of
Business Studies and Humanities (BUSH) of the Nelson Mandela
African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST)
Dr. Laltaika is a holder of a PhD in IP from the University of Bayreuth,
Germany (2012) where he was a recipient of the prestigious
Max Planck scholarship and a full time resident researcher at
the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and Innovation
(formerly Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and
Competition Law) in Munich. He is also a holder of two master
degrees in law; Master of Laws in Intellectual Property,
LLM-IP (Munich Intellectual Property Law Centre MIPLC-a joint
programme of the George Washington University Law School, USA,
University of Augsburg, and the Max Planck Institute for
Intellectual Property and Innovation) Munich, Germany (2007)
Master of Laws in Environmental Law-LLM-Environmental Law,
(University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa 2005) and a
Bachelor degree in Law LLB from the University of Iringa
( formerly Tumaini University, Iringa University College, Tanzania)
Dr. Laltaika is also the first recipient of World
Organization (WIPO’s) Indigenous IP Law Fellowship
tenable at WIPO’s headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland (2009)
and a legal researcher cum consultant for UNESCO’s Global
(GEObs), an ongoing project to develop a system of
databases with worldwide coverage in bioethics and
other areas of applied ethics in science and
technology such as environmental ethics, science ethics,
and technology ethics
Dr. Laltaika is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and a
visiting lecturer in International Business Law
(Munich Business School, Germany),
International Contract Law/International Commercial Dispute
Settlement (Kigali Independent University ULK, Rwanda),
Liability in Information Age/Cyber Law and Privacy
(University of Iringa UoI, Tanzania) and
Jurisprudence/ Legal Theory (Moshi Cooperative
University MOCu, Tanzania).
Janeth Akyoo has seven years of experience in education, a high school History teacher in Arusha City, Arusha.
During that time she also had training on how to use and integrate technology in the classroom, entrepreneurship in business management and marketing.
Janeth graduated from the University of Dodoma with a degree in Arts with Education. She earned Bachelor of Arts with Education (BA.Ed)
She is currently is full-time teacher and entrepreneur. She is a wife and blessed with three handsome boys.
Norah Ralf has eight years of experience in education, a secondary school History teacher in Arusha City schools, Arusha. She has also tried entrepreneurship.
Norah holds a Bachelor of Arts with Education from University of Dar es Salaam (DUCE), she is a wife and mother of a daughter.
